I don’t know if it is in Vista RC1, as I don’t have it. But it is not in the wallpaper packs from vista RC 1

There is a problem with all the themes on this site, the glass border overlaps everything else. Put a window down towards the start menu so when you click the start menu it will go over the window…actually it doesn’t go over the window, it goes between the window border and the actual window…Like wtf? The window border should not be locked to the front.
